En la majoria d\u2019ocasions es fa necessari acudir tant a una conciliaci\u00f3 laboral com al Jutjat del Social per tal de reclamar les vacances no gaudides i no remunerades, un ab\u00fas en les condicions de treball, una paga extra no pagada, un exc\u00e9s d\u2019hores extres, un acomiadament improcedent, una indemnitzaci\u00f3 per sota del que correspon o, entre d\u2019altres moltes altres reclamacions, una incapacitat per un accident laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Dins el Dret Laboral, si b\u00e9 amb implicacions en la Seguretat Social, es troben els assumptes de les incapacitats laborals que suposen una impossibilitat a reincorporar-nos al nostre lloc de treball o incl\u00fas a poder accedir-ne a un. Amb independ\u00e8ncia de la causa que l\u2019hagi generat, com podria ser un accident de treball o una malaltia comuna, hem de tramitar referit reconeixement d\u2019incapacitat davant les autoritats competents per tal d\u2019obtenir les prestacions oportunes en qualsevol cas.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ha de vigilar que en aquest tipus de casos els pla\u00e7os per a poder reclamar s\u00f3n for\u00e7a curts, per la qual cosa hem d\u2019actuar r\u00e0pid per tal de no perdre la oportunitat de fer-ho.
